Starting this blog to pen my thoughts on investing in the regional Asian stock markets and to bounce ideas off readers. Who knows, you may have an investment idea that might work for me. What are the markets that you look at and some names that you can recommend?
I personally keep an open mind and look into any counters that people may suggest. If it fits my investment criteria, I delve into deeper analysis of the financials. I typically look for these characteristics: i.) counter should come from a market with no taxes on capital gains and dividends and ii.) it should have an attractive sustainable dividend yield.
